San Andreas State Board of Equalization

The general purpose of recording statutes is to permit (rather than require) the recordation of any instrument which affects the title to or possession of real property, and to penalize the person who fails to take advantage of recording. Because of the recording of instruments of conveyance or encumbrance/lien, purchasers (and others dealing with title to property) may in good faith discover and rely upon the ownership of title or an interest therein.

Requirements and Conditions

 
  • Having valid transaction from owner to buyer.
  • A Citizen of the United States.
  • You have to pay an amount of $1,250.00 in person at San Andreas Hall.
  • You have 1 days to correct your form.
  • You have 3 days to complete the payment at San Andreas Hall in Pershing Square, Los Santos.

 
How Can I Issue A Deeds?

 
  • Register website San Andreas Government.
  • Scroll hingga kalian menemukan formulir Grand Deeds.
  • Klik pada bagian "SELECT ALL" lalu copy.
  • Buatlah sebuah thread baru lalu masukan judul "GD - Nomor dan Alamat Rumah" contoh; GD - 29 Richman.
  • HINDARI MENGGANTI KATA-KATA YANG ADA PADA TANDA [] sebagai contoh;
